The Community Manager should be a self-starter, who understands multifamily management and can apply sound judgment to make property decisions and motivate team members to deliver the superior level of service defined by Borger Residential.
The Community Manager is responsible for assisting the regional property manager in maintaining the physical asset and maximizing the financial returns from that asset in accordance with the company’s objectives.
